Caritas Manor

Caritas Manor is a 33-unit retirement community located just east of Hattiesburg in the small town of Petal. These affordable one-bedroom homes are available to low income persons age 62 and over. Rent is approximately 30% of monthly gross income and certain medical expenses may be used as deductions. Caritas Manor features garden-style apartments with a front porch allowing residents to add their own personal touch to their homes. There is also a community room available for residents to share food, fun, and fellowship.
